T Series

CCW Milling Tools starting with our T Series, made for working inside of tubing at times where tight tolerances can make the milling process more difficult. We have flat and tapered for minimum milling tasks. They are more for dressing, for instance, flat bottom for dressing the top of the fish, tapered mill for dressing up on the inside. CCW Junk / Cement Mills make short work of cement to the tune of 1.5 to 2 meters a minute (says Maurice Iles, Trican Well Service). The design of CCW’s T Series Junk Mill is made for high RPM and low torque for successful milling.

Series C

Moving to cased hole Series C allows for a more aggressive approach to milling. You can get tapered, concave, round nose, pilot and econo mills all tough and ready for their specific application. Now our Junk Mill is second to none. This four intrical bladed Junk Mill has four large ports and just one offset from center. Blades are milled (2) long and (2) shorter so you always have on center cutting and because of this design you go longer, faster.

Open hole much the same as cased hole except a rough O.D. Gauge of tungsten carbide to help against formation wear.
